If the customer populates on the search bar, but nothing happens when you click the name, there is an on-going investigation about this issues.
While we are working to resolve this issue, we have a workaround that you can perform to ensure that you can still able to scroll and move to the next page to find the customer manually.
In the meantime, we don't have a specific time on how long we can fix this problem. I highly recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to add you to the list of affected users and to receive updates about the investigation via email.
1. Sign-in to your QuickBooks account. 2. Click Help at the upper right corner. 3. On the search bar, enter your concern. 4. Click Contact us. 5. Click on the green button that says Get a callback. 6. Fill in all the necessary information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. 7. Click Confirm my call.

In addition, you may need to get in touch with our Support Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users in this investigation (INV-32298). Once added, you'll automatically receive an email notification with the latest updates.
