Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community space. I’m here to share some information about NSF wire transfers.
If the return was due to insufficient funds, an automatic redebit is processed on the day Intuit receives the return from your bank. The account is put on hold for 5 business days while we wait for confirmation from our bank that funds have been received.
We’ll also notify you through email as to whether the redebit is successful or not. You may check out this article about NSF holds in QuickBooks Online: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Employees-and-payroll-taxes/All-Online-Payroll-NSF-Holds/m-p....
Since you’re requesting for directions on NSF wire transfers, I’d suggest getting in touch with Payroll Support Team for assistance. They can send wire instructions and information you need to complete the process.
Here’s how you can contact them through phone:
1. Go to https://community.intuit.com/products/payroll-help-en-us.
2. Select your Payroll Subscription type.
Here’s how to contact them through chat:
1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/Payroll-Risk-CHAT/15044/view
2. Fill out the necessary information.
That’s it. Please let me know if you have questions. I’ll be here to help. Wishing you the best!
I’m in danger of having my quickbooks terminated. I was told it will be terminated if I don’t wire transfer the amount by today.
im doing that today but want to ensure I won’t lose my quickbooks
