The chart of accounts in one of the companies I have on QB the accounts are listed in numeric order which I want. When I display the P&L, Balance sheet, and general ledger the accounts are not listed in numeric order. The tech in Manila could not solve the problem. Perhaps someone in the community has experienced the same problem and can provide assistance.
Try edit>resort list with your chart of accounts open, re check your report.
that term is edit>re-sort. It worked thank you.

After a closer look the accounts on the general ledger are not in numeric order but the chart of accounts is in number order. I could not get an answer from support in Manila either.
