Join nowWell, the QBO developers-whom clearly have never run a business-have managed to waste time again producing another Useless QBO feature. The latest useless feature is called "Paydown Credit Card". Most credit cards can be "direct connect bank sync" that will download transactions automatically and can be reconciled and balance updated right on the QBO bank accounts left pane window. This can already be done electronically or ledger entry and is waste of time. WHAT BUSINESS NEED ARE BETTER QBO PROJECT REPORTS AND PROJECT BUDGETS!! WHY CANT WE GET THIS AFTER ALMOST 3-YEARS!!!!!. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO GENERATE AND PRINT PDF AND OTHE REPORTS FOR PROJECTS FOR WEEKLY MONTHLY YEAR TO-DATE FOR EMPLOYEE CHARGE TIME AND FOR EMPLOYEE PROJECT COST. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO BUDGET EACH EMPLOYEES TIME PER PROJECT AND BE ABLE TO TRACK WEEKLY, MONTHLY, YTD EACH EMPLOYEES BURN RATE AGAINST THEIR BUDGETED TIME. WE NEED TO HAVE REPORTS FOR EMPLOYEE UTILIZATION TO BE ABLE TO PLAN ON WHEN NEW HIRING IS NEEDED OR WHEN EMPLOYEE UTILIZATION IS BELOW A SET VALUE. This and other Project Reports are what is needed!!!!. not dang "Paydown Credit Card"!!
Hi there, @drefl.
I hear your sentiments about being able to generate and print PDF and other reports for Project reports and budgeting. Our developers are continuously reviewing all our suggested plans to improve our product and make it more efficient.
Though we can't provide a definite time frame as to when this will be released, I assure you that we'll let everyone know through the QuickBooks blog. Please stay tuned for new announcements.
I'll be around to help if there's anything else you need. Just leave a comment below.
perhaps your business has outgrown QB and it's time to invest in a more robust financial reporting product
