You may have sorted the report by date, lt9.
You can follow the steps below on how we can verify it:
- Click the Reports menu.
- Select Accountant & Taxes, and then click General Ledger.
- Click the Sort By button.
If the same thing happens, let's make sure that your QuickBooks Desktop is up to date in the latest release version to take advantage of updates and bug fixes.
Here's how:
- From the Help menu, click Update QuickBooks.
- Click the Update Now tab.
- Click Get Updates.
- Once downloaded, exit QuickBooks Desktop.
