You can create invoices in QuickBooks Online from the Plus (+) icon.
Here's how:
- Select Invoice under Customers from the (+) New icon.
- Fill in the necessary information on the Invoice page.
- Then tap on Save or Save and close to record the transaction.
- If you wish to send the invoice to your customer, click on the Save and send button.
On the other hand, we aren't able to create statement charges in QuickBooks Online (QBO) unlike QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). However, if you wish to create and send customer statements in QBO, read this article for your reference: Create and view customer statements.
