This is not the kind of activity I want you to have with QuickBooks. I'll provide different information about sending invoices automatically.
There's a feature in QuickBooks Online called Recurring Transactions. This allows you to create templates for recurring invoices so they will be sent automatically. That said, it could be your invoices are set to a recurring transaction. To verify this, I'd suggest going to the Recurring Transactions page. From there, you'll be able to delete the recurring entry so this will not auto-send.

If the issue continues to occur, I'd suggest visiting the Audit log page. From there, you'll see the list of the company's activities, the changes made, and who made them. And, also includes who sent your invoices without your authority. Please follow the steps below.

No, this is not the problem. Apparently, over 400 other customers' invoices were sent out by a QB "Administrator" without authorization. As per your customer service rep. This is now being handled by QB tech dept.
