QBS Desktop has a Credit Limit field for Vendors. QBO PLUS has no such field. How can I enter our vendors' credit limits into QBO Plus?

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community. I'm here to share some information about credit limit for vendors in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Yes, you're correct. We're currently unable to add a credit limit in the vendor's profile. In the meantime, you can enter this information in the Notes section of the vendors' profile.

Here's how: 

1. On the left pane, select Expenses.
2. Select Vendors.
3. Select the vendor.
4. Edit the vendor and enter the information into the Notes field.
5. Click Save.

Also, I encourage you to send your suggestion to our product developers to consider including this feature in the future updates of QuickBooks.

Here's how to send them:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your feedback and suggestions.
4. Click Next.
5. Select Feedback for the Category.
6. Click Send message.

You can also track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website. All feedback goes to them, and every update in QuickBooks Online is based on that information.
