Quickbooks Reports - Change Column Size or Wrap Column Text

Hi everyone,

I am running reports in Quickbooks, but when I go to print the report the column information that doesn't fit is being replaced by 3 dots. (Please see the screenshot below).

Is there a way to either resize all the columns so the information that I want in the report is all shown when I print it or to wrap the column text similar to Microsoft excel and increase the column/row size so all the information form the Quickbooks prints?

Thanks.

Quickbooks Reports - Change Column Size or Wrap Column Text

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Community page, @MichaelBurke33.

I've got the steps on how to adjust the report columns in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). I'm happy to share them with you.

To adjust the columns, you can click on the 3 dots in between them and drag it to either left or right to adjust the size. When printing the report, it shows the same columns the way you see it in the QuickBooks.

I've added these screenshots for your visual reference.

Also, check out this article for more information about running reports in QBDT.
