Join nowI'm looking for a report to export that would include customer, date, amount donated, other 1 field and possibly first and last name. Seems like the other 1 field would have to be in the deposit window to show up in report. Quick report under chart of accounts doesn't pull it up either. Thanks!

If you are recording the donations as Deposits, then it isn't possible to include any data for the Other 1 field, as it is only available on Sales transactions like Invoices and Sales Receipts.
What is is you will use the report for? Perhaps there is another way.

I have some information about how you can get a report that'll show other 1. If you're referring to the other 1 field on your customer's transaction, use the Custom Transaction Detail Report to see it. Here's how:
However, if you're referring to the other 1 field on your customer's profile. You can only view it using the Customer Contact List report. Here's how:

HI, It's to export data into Excel that would include names, dates, amount of (deposit), and the field Other 1. Other 1 field would be an id that would tie it with the database entries. It would be the common field in the financial software and the database software.
In this case, since you can't use Other 1 on a Deposit, I suggest using either the Memo or the Check No field, both of which you can include on transaction detail reports.
