report for customer, donation, other 1 field

I have some information about how you can get a report that'll show other 1. If you're referring to the other 1 field on your customer's transaction, use the Custom Transaction Detail Report to see it. Here's how:

1. Go to Reports, then select Custom Reports.
2. Choose Transaction Detail. Then, hit the Customize Report button.
3. Search and mark Other 1, Name, Date, and Amount under Columns.
4. Click OK. See the attached screenshot below on how it looks like.

However, if you're referring to the other 1 field on your customer's profile. You can only view it using the Customer Contact List report. Here's how:

1. Go to Report, and then select Customers & Receivables.
2. Choose Customer Contact List.
3. Hit the Customize Report button.
4. Put a mark next to Other 1 under Columns.
5. Click OK.

HI, It's to export data into Excel that would include names, dates, amount of (deposit), and the field Other 1. Other 1 field would be an id that would tie it with the database entries.  It would be the common field in the financial software and the database software.

In this case, since you can't use Other 1 on a Deposit, I suggest using either the Memo or the Check No field, both of which you can include on transaction detail reports.
