You can run the sales of item summary report found under reports:sales.  This will only help if you entered quantities on invoices.

Glad to hear again from you, @Mulchyard1.

Allow me to chime in and provide you with steps in customizing your Sales report to display the information you need. Let’s get started!

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Choose Reports Center.
  3. Under Sales section, look for Sales by Item Detail report.
  4. Click Customize report.
    1. Select Display tab.
    2. Under the Columns section, put a check mark on Qty and U/M.
  5. Click Ok.

That should do it! This will allow you to run reports on how much or how many items have you sold.

Please don't hesitate to click the Reply button if you have other questions about generating your Sales by Item Detail report. I'm always here to help.

Absolutely, that's what we're here for.

There are many helpful training videos available on the QuickBooks YouTube channel. You can view them here: https://www.youtube.com/user/Quickbooks.

You may also want to reach out to a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor to see if they offer any local training classes. This link will help you find a ProAdvisor in your area: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/find-an-accountant/.

And lastly, Intuit Resellers offer training materials. You can reach out to them by following this link: https://www.intuitresellerlocator.com/.

Of course, you're always more than welcome to reach out in this space if you get stuck. Have a great day.
