He will show if report run by all classes but not by his class of "2". Checked and under his profile in Payroll Info it shows his class as "2". So why not showing when I run report by his class?

Good morning @Vaa,
If you’d like to show class on the Report, you’ll want to add a class in the Employee's Paycheck. Adding class to the employee's profile will not display a class to the report.
The class depends on the transactions of the employee. You’ll want to ensure that the class is associated with the employee’s paycheck.
Here’s a screenshot for your visual reference:
Once done, you can run a payroll transaction detail report.

Hello, @Vaa.
I hope your week has been well. I'd be glad to provide you with information on running reports with classes.
This sounds like an issue that's occuring within your company file. Since you've already checked the employee's profile in payroll, ran a report specific to their class, let's go ahead and do a Verify and Rebuild the data in QuickBooks.
The Verify Data identifies the most commonly known issues within your QuickBooks Desktop company file while Rebuild Data resolves most data issue that the Verify data finds.
Here's how to Verify Data:
To Rebuild Data:
Once you've gone through the steps above, check for remaining data damage just to be sure:
That should do it. After the Verify and Rebuild process, you'll be able to run a report, filter it, and see the employee with that specific class.
Please let me know if the steps above do the trick. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to comment back to this thread. Happy Wednesday!
Did verify and rebuild and both had no errors. Do not think it has to do with the Company file. Since only employee that does not show is our latest hire from last year? He does show when we run report for all classes? Just not included with other employees who have "Class 2". Any other ideas?
Did verify and rebuild with no errors and still for this one employee not showing when reports run by "Class 2". Tried changing his class to another class and if changed he does not show up in that class either. So somehow just not seeing his class. Any ideas?
