Reports / sales dashboard not reporting total income

Hello,

I've noticed that my dashboard / sales reports do not show my paypal / zelle / venmo income.  I have them categorized as sales of product income.  The reports show my income from Square / invoices but not other sources.  Anyway to fix this?

Thanks

The issue may appear when there's too much cache accumulated on your browser, @Corbin Dallas.

This is the reason why you're unable to view the sales report for these transactions.

To fix this, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps. Let's start by accessing your account in a private window. This way, we can easily isolate the concern.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, switch or use a different supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.

If you're still getting the error, it would be best to get in touch with our phone support or chat team. They have the tools that can check the error in your account through a secure environment.

I'm always here to help if you have any other concerns or questions. Just tag my name in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Have a great day.

Hi @ReymondO

I'm using the QBO Desktop app to view these details.  I tried it in Chrome incognito and I'm still experiencing the same issue.

Reports / sales dashboard not reporting total income

Good day, Corbin Dallas.

Let me share some details about the dashboard and reports.

We need to make sure that we set the correct dates for both the dashboard and the report. Incorrect reporting dates will result in missing or incorrect data. For more details, here's how to customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Also, you'll want to review how you categorize the transactions. That may be the reason why it's not showing correctly. In addition, please reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can take a look at it and see the root cause.

  1. Go to Help and click Contact Us.
  2. Enter PayPal / Zelle / Venmo income and select Let's talk.
  3. Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.

Let me know if you need more help by leaving a comment again. Stay safe!
