Reports to show invoices paid in installments separate from those paid in one payment

Hello everyone, is there any report, or any way to create a report (or custom fields) that shows me which invoices were paid in installments, and which were paid fully with one payment?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Reports to show invoices paid in installments separate from those paid in one payment

Hi there, @PanamaBrown.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can run/open the Invoices and Received Payments report to see invoices paid in full and in partial. I'm here to help you run the report.

To open and customize the report:

  1. Click on Reports from the left pane.
  2. Look for Invoices and Received Payments in the report's search field.
  3. Click on the small Gear icon beside the Export icon.
  4. Include Open Balance and Amount on the report's column by putting a check-mark on the box beside them.

To learn more about running reports in QBO, you can check this article: Run Reports.

I'll be right here to help you if you have any other questions about running reports in QBO. Have a good day ahead!
