The possible reason why you're running doesn't show in the bank register is that it's sorted or you click the other column-like, Payee Account, Deposit, Memo, etc. Make sure to click the Date column so you can see your running balance back. Also, ensure that the running balance is checked as a column in the small gear icon in the register.
- Click the Banking tab on the left-hand side.
- Locate your Bank account then click View register.
- Click Date.
