Hello, @LeslieSherlock.
When integrating the Sales by Ship To Address data with EDI in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), it only uses the primary ship to address. As a workaround, you can export the report to excel and from there, manually add the street name and number. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select Sales and choose Sales by Ship To Address.
- Click the Excel drop-down arrow and pick Create New Worksheet.
- Once exported, enter the necessary information needed for the EDI.
Also, if in case you want to modify, add or delete columns, and even personalize the font and style of your reports, you may visit this article for the detailed steps: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.
