Sales report with customer info (address, email, etc)

Trying to run a sales report that will show only those that donated during a certain time period that I can add the customer's contact info such as address, email and phone number. I don't need each individual transaction, but if that's the only way to get it, I can make it work! 


Use QB for Mac and enter each individual donation as a sales receipt.

Hi there, Brenda_FHR.

Welcome to the Intuit Community. To show all the information you need, we'll have to open the Sales by Customer Detail Report and Customer Contact List.

Then, export them to Excel to tailor the data. I can help accomplish this task.


  1. Go to the Reports menu at the top and select Sales to choose Sales by Customer Detail Report.
  2. These actions will display all the data on the report.
  3. From there, tap the Dates drop-down and pick the appropriate period.
  4. Hit the Export icon in the upper right hand to move the information.

To open the Customer Contact List:


  1. Tap the Reports menu at the top and select Customers & Receivables to choose the Customer Contact List.
  2. These actions will take you to the list of your clients.
  3. Next, hit the Export icon to transfer the information.

Once done, you can start merging the data. For additional information on how to add a brand to your reports, click here and proceed directly to Page 210.
