Suddenly, when using QBO through browser, customers list and vendors list will not display. I tried rebooting with no result. I can access these via desktop App. Help!

I have 2 PC's and this happens on one, but not the other.

Suddenly, when using QBO through browser, customers list and vendors list will not display. I tried rebooting with no result. I can access these via desktop App. Help!

This could be because of a browser error, sflaa1.

 

You'll want to use an incognito window and check your customers and vendors list from there. These are some of the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Mozilla: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Also, I suggest clearing the cache since it causes issues in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure that the browser you're using is updated. You can also try a different one.

Have you tried to open it on incognito/private browser?

Thank you AlexV - this has solved the problem.  The cache needed to be cleared and then problem solved.  I appreciate your help and will keep this in mind going forward.  Best regards,  Steve
