MY subscription expired without me receiving a notice. I need to also update my credit card information

I have tried everything and and cannot connect to the bank bank. I have asked repeatedly to talk to a live person and system just keeps sending me in circles. NOW I'm going to ask again for someone to call me!!! [phone number removed]
