Hi there, @tracyjcoutts.

It is also my pleasure to help share a little more information about statements in QuickBooks Online.

Right now, we're unable to customize statements in QuickBooks. However, there's a setting that you may turn on to include a memo on individual transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  3. From the left select Sales.
  4. Go to the Statements.
  5. Select List each transaction including all detail lines or List each transaction as a single line
  6. Select Save and then Done.

Feel free to read through this article for more details, Create and view customer statements.

Our developers are always finding ways to improve the product and help run your business easier. In line with that, they're adding features based on the preference received from our users.

While we don't have a timeline for when this will be available, you can check out our blog site. This is the place where we share information if there's a feature update.

I'll be right back to help if you need additional assistance. Take good care.
