There are times that your browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources which may cause QuickBooks Online (QBO) to act strangely.
To isolate this unexpected behavior, let's use a private window to make sure that you can create an invoice or receive payment.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Then you'll have to clear your regular browser cache. This way, it'll remove outdated files that may cause small issues.
Also, you'll have to check and turn off the pop-up blockers to disable any pop-up.
