Viewing a customer in the Sales / Customers tab no longer shows the transaction list for that customer. Have a QB Plus plan. Fine yesterday. Today not. What's up?

Good day, @kim100.

I know this concern can cause a delay in your business. Upon checking it, there is no open investigation for this. It might be that your browser cache and cookies causing this issue. Try opening your Quickbooks on a private browser like Incognito.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Open your google chrome Browser.
  2. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift then letter N.
  3. You can also try another private browser available on your end.

If able to open QuickBooks on a private browser, you can now clear cache and cookies to fix issue.

I'll be glad to assist you further, feel free to ask additional questions.

Joseph, thanks.

Had already cleared cache prior to issue. I believe that the issue is the web browser, however, as I did a recent OS update that the web browser has not caught up to yet and this was causing the issue. I was able to see the transaction lists in QB on a different web browser that lead to my conclusion.

Thank you. Problem resolved, at least on the QB side.

Hey there, @kim100.

I'm happy to see you've got it resolved. Good catch with finding it was due to an update on the OS.
