Zoho and Integromat is a supported third-party application that allows you to automate your business processes. There would be a need for us to look up your Zoho and Integromat account in a secure environment and further check on the root cause of why it does not display an invoice number.
Since the Community page is a public space, I’d suggest contacting the Customer Care team for Zoho and for Integromat.

The data we receive in QuickBooks depends on the information sent to us by the app. If there is missing information, you'll have to check it with their support so they can take a look at your account and further assist you with this.
On the other hand, in QBO, if there are missing invoice numbers it should be generated automatically based on the last invoice number created. I've added some links below related to changing and customizing invoice numbers in QBO for your reference:
