Can anyone recommend a a new payroll service that actually believes in the word SERVICE- unacceptable that QBO has made it so difficult to actually talk with a live person via the phone

I need to talk to support because I am trying to find 2018 940 and 941 forms that were not filed or archived. None of this is helping me. It says to contact support and they can help you.

@frustratedann The instructions are for QBO. Not knowing which version of QB you are using, I will provide you a link where you can choose the correct Product and get instructions from there.
