I talked yesterday with you and you confirmed that the money $12,980 would not be removed from my account as this is being investigated. Today
The money was debited out of our account. This transaction was fraud by the customer and we just lost $5790 we paid to the customer’s freight company. We need this amount returned to us.
We need urgent assistance to resolve this case and get the money back.

- The customer was sent an invoice on 3/30/22 for $12980 for 2 BBQ Grills + $5,790 for shipping.
- The $5790 shipping fee was provided by the customer’s freight company, and they paid us, and requested us to pay to them.
- The funds were available in our bank account on 4/6/22, so we paid the freight company on 4/8/22 the $5790 so they can proceed with the pickup of the order.
I am attaching all the emails and communications.
- The customer is now disputing this transaction, but we already paid the Freight company, so we are at a loss.
- Also, please note the customer asked us to send another invoice for 2 more BBQ grills + shipping, but they Quickbooks payment were rejected 3 times. (See screenshot attached). This is fraud.
Please contact us so we can further discuss if necessary, but do not move forward returning the wire, as we already paid for the freight the customer asked for!
We did everything asked by Quickbooks, sent emails. We are getting no solutions from you, only tell us to contact you for more support. Worst service ever, and you are supporting a fraud issue.

I just received a fraudulent Intuit invoice of $199.99 from [email address removed] + fraud phone # 888-397-6038
for 3-year support subscription.
This cited my account with Best Buy.
