What do I do when I email a contractor to complete their info but their email is recognized from a previous account? Is there a work around?

I’d be happy to share the option to enter your contractor’s info, info518.

 

Your contractor will have to use the account that is linked to their email, so they can enter their info. If they can’t access it anymore, you can ask their W9 information and enter them in QuickBooks. Or, they can provide the email of their current account.
