Join nowBy now you should have received the email from intuit CEO Sasan Goodarzi which spells out the company's commitment to continuity on their side.
Nothing in public is any offer of reduced rates. This is no different than your phone, internet, electric services. Your local or state officials may have low or zero interest loans designated for small business.
You can, one by one, reach out to your sales contact in Intuit (or make a contact by requesting a call back or start a chat) and discuss your current and future situation as you see it.
There are always the alternatives to downgrade your service level when possible or to apply halt service for a few months and then reinstate either no loss of data (365 days is the limit). Going offline is not for everyone bit it is a choice.
Lastly, if you are not already on your Accountants discounted rate if might be time to investigate what if anything your invited accountant user can offer.
I did get the email however it does not address how quickbooks is helping my small business with our monthly payments. They are a huge corporation and there is no help. Thanks for suggesting a low interest business loan, more debt!! Yay What would help us is what I asked for- free service for a couple months or until this has ended.
I also called customer service yesterday and was told that there is no answer for me as of yet. They would not let me talk to a manager. And that they would email me back. Guess what? No email.
I have no sales contact at Quickbooks. No one to reach out to except what I already did. Do you want me to actually help me with a person I can actually email? We are on our accounts discounted rate. We are using Quickbooks merchant services as well. Perhaps we should look into other merchant services.
We are already on the lowest plan. You want us to just stop our service and not have any accounting at all? That is not a great solution.
And just for the record, Spectrum is waiving our monthly payments for 2 months. Same was Adobe. You are the only company who is not helping us at the moment.
I have to find yet any such announcement. For the time being, consider to utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account with discounted price for up to 6 months.

If you are able to run this process once, you may repeat it for every semester to minimize your cost.
Awesome thanks.
