What kind of post is not permitted in support?

I am trying to add a reply to another support question. I am posting this separate question because I do not want to loose the work I have done on the other response. When I try to post the reply I get the following error:
The message body contains xxxxxxxxxx, which is not permitted in this community. Please remove this content before sending your post.
If I knew what this was I could edit it out, but I have no idea what it is refering to.

Re: What kind of post is not permitted in support?

It's great to see you again, @dreamkeeper.

It'd be my pleasure to share with you some insights about the posts that aren't permitted in the Community.

We have guidelines about the list of links and behaviors that are not allowed on the site such as posting links to external (message boards and forums, videos promoting products, product blogs, and others). It is also not allowed to post embeds of event announcements or meetups and other interactive or live events. To know more about these, please refer to this link: QuickBooks Community Guidelines.

You can read a full list of official dos and don'ts in our Online Community Terms of Use: Terms of Service.

If you need other information about posting your questions and answers, do let me know. I want to help however I can.

Re: What kind of post is not permitted in support?

Thanks for responding. I have actually read the article you referred to. Unfortunately, you have not helped me yet. To reply to my other support question, I am supposed to "Correct the highlighted errors and try again". The highlighted errors are what I already posted, but I'll repeat so you don't have to scroll up the page:

The message body contains [removed], which is not permitted in this community. Please remove this content before sending you post.

Let me suggest some ways you could possibly help me:

  1. Does [removed] refer to an error code?
  2. Does [removed] refer to something I should know to remove?

Re: What kind of post is not permitted in support?

Hi dreamkeeper,

Let me add some information about the kind of post that isn't permitted in the Community space. The [removed] can be your personal identifiable information. These are your email address, home or business address, or bank account. Intuit does not control or endorse such content as it can be obtained and used by others.

You'll want to check your post again and verify if you have these information to get past this error.

You can read more of the details about your privacy and personal information in this article: Terms of Service. You can also visit our page about the help articles for QuickBooks Online for future reference.

Please know that you're always welcome to visit us anytime if you have other questions.

Re: What kind of post is not permitted in support?

This is not an acceptable response yet. I am again going to go over my rejected post and remove some things that may be construed as personal information to see if I can get past the error message.

BUT.......

What is this error message I get to remove the following: (a number that you keep removing from my question, the XXXXXXXXXX thing). The error message is telling me to remove some RANDOM number. It is not:

"personal identifiable information. These are your email address, home or business address, or bank account"

It would be obvious if the error message said to remove XXXXXXXX and that was my driver license number, but the error message tells me to remove a random number that does not exist in my post nor has any resemblance to a SSN, address, account, etc.

If your response to this post is going to be, "the error message generates a random number that has no relationship to your content and we just don't tell you that it's just some code which we don't define", then I guess that will have to be an accepted response. But in no way is that an acceptable way to run this site. Please get the software rewritten to show a meaningful error message.
