When I click on expenses, pay bills online, my bills aren't showing up there anymore for billpay. I've used billpay quite a bit prior, not why it stopped working.

When I click on expenses, pay bills online, my bills aren't showing up there anymore for billpay. I've used billpay quite a bit prior, not why it stopped working.

I was on with QB support and they brought bill.com on the line. They had to remove the app and had me re add it. That fixed it and started syncing again.

First, I'd like to know if you've received an error? It would be great to share it here so that I can check what's is the best resolution I can provide to you.
 

In the meantime, you can try accessing your account through an incognito browser. It will remove any data errors that may be occurring in your browser.

 

You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Safari browser: Press and hold Command + Option + P
  • Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

Once done, you can try paying your bill. If the bills are there and you can pay successfully, I'd recommend clearing the data cache of your regular browser to avoid getting the same error in the future. Also, you can try using other supported browsers.
