When i input a invoice in my quickbook app on my phone it doesnt always show up on my laptop so my question is how do i link them so when i put in a invoice from my phone i can view it later that day through my laptop?

QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app is always synced with QBSE on the web. 

It could be that we've logged in to a different account or company, this is why we don't see any data syncing. You may want to check if this is the case.
