Let's check to see what's causing the error, babriawan.

 

You might need to update your payment details, or this can be due to a browser issue. We'll find out.

 

Please go to your Billing and Subscription page to see if your QuickBooks account is showing Active, or if there's an message in red that needs your attention.

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Accounts and settings.
  3. Click on Billing & Subscription.

If your QuickBooks is showing Active and the page looks fine, we'll do the basic browser-troubleshooting steps.

 

A good way to start is to log in to QuickBooks in a private window. This will also stop the cache from saving new data. If you can enter inventories without getting an error, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the error is still there, please try other browsers to isolate the issue.
