Thank you for contacting us, dustin-lundgren.

I've got the steps so you can email invoices to your customers.

Let's isolate and fix this loading screen when verifying your email by resetting your Intuit ID to refresh your account.

The following steps below will guide you through the steps:

  1. Click Help.
  2. Go to Reset Intuit ID Settings.
  3. Enter Yes to confirm, then click OK.
  4. Close and re-open QuickBooks.

When that works, make sure to update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. This will keep the software up-to-date so you always have the latest features and fixes in the system.

If you're still getting the results after resetting your ID, I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop Technical Team. This way, an agent can take a better look at your company file and help you log in.

Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks.
  2. Go to QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.

Check out the Support hours and types link to know when to send a message via chat us at a time convenient to you.

I've also added this article: Connect your email to QuickBooks Desktop to learn more about sending transaction to customers.

Keep me posted on how everything turns out. I'm always around to help ensure your success.
