When I use HELP - the HELP window covers up the area that I need to work in. Is there a way to move the HELP window out of the way so I can follow along without closing?

Glad to have you in the Community, brad34.

There isn't a way where can move the Help window in QuickBooks Online (QBO). It always stays on where it is placed in your book. You can continue following the on-screen instructions to get help from one of our specialists. Afterwards, you can go back to the area where you want to navigate in your book.

That idea is great. I'm going to forward your suggestion to our product developers. We might know that moving the Help window will be given a chance to be included in the next product release.

Aside from contacting our specialist inside QBO, you can connect with them through visiting this website: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.

Please know that I am here together with the community folks to help you out if you have other questions. Take care.

As a new QBO user I would appreciate being able to move the help window as well.

Thanks for joining the thread and welcome to the Community, @mmcis.

At the moment, the ability to move the help window isn't available as mentiioned above, but I do think this is a great idea so I'll also submit your idea to our Product Development Team for possible implementation. We take your feedback seriously, as it's what helps us grow, so we appreciate it very much.

Since you mentioned you're new to QuickBooks Online, I recommend checking out our awesome video tutorials.
