Thanks for dropping by the Community, I'm more than happy to assist you today, however, before I can, can you elaborate on what's happening exactly, are you using the mobile app on a phone or tablet for example, or are you signing in through a web browser. Also if you could provide me with some screenshots of exactly what's happening that would be most beneficial so I could help you to the best of my ability.

I am using the QBO App on my mobile device (Samsung A51).
I drive to my customers so topically I would go the the menu, select customer, choose the specific customer, and when the account comes up, I would click on the"location" icon which would bring me to Google Map but suddenly, it takes me to "Uber".
I don't recall making any change of settings that would create this.
