I am here to help you verify the bill you've received, @phabiansmith.

 

If you're referring to your monthly subscription fee, it's possible that you have availed the discounted monthly subscription or subscribed to payroll. You can check our products and pricing through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/.

 

Also, you can check your subscription rates and charges within your account. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab. 
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click on View payment history
  5. Filter the Event or Date Range.

Lastly, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Cate Team so we securely look up your account's billing history. Also, a specialist can trace the exact charges on your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to Help and then select Contact Us.
  2. Type your query "billing and subscription charges" and then click Let's talk.
  3. Choose a way to get support (Start a chat or Get a callback).

Our supports are available every Monday until Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Due to COVID-19, our staffing is limited and reduced our support hours. We'll resume our normal hours as soon as possible.

We have been paying $35.00 per month. This month $70.00 was deducted from our bank account.

Your discounted period is over and now you have to pay the regular rate. You may purchase a new blank QBO account with the same email address and migrate data from the current account.

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community, Terri Rachels. I recommend that you contact our Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and view all your billing history and further explain any charges in a secured environment. Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button
  3. Enter "callback" in the "What can we help you with?" section.
  4. Select "Let's Talk"
  5. Pick the "Get a call" option to connect with us.
