I can help you track your sold items in QuickBooks Online.

Why does the product filter NOT include all of my products? I use a 2-letter prefix for a particular brand, and only about 80% of their items appear in the filter box. I know which ones are missing, and I can see that the filter has simply skipped over them alphabetically (ie it shows a product with GZSZ..., then GSTA, then GSTC, but skips GSTB). Any reason for this? Fix?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), product items can be missing in the Sales by Product/Service Detail report when the specific item doesn't have an invoice in it. The Report period is also a factor why some items are not showing. That said, I suggest reviewing the filters of the report to pull up the correct information.
