With the online payment feature can you set auto payments or will the client have to be sent a new link to complete each month? Also if the amount changes can you edit?

We can set up auto payments, info1404.

 

With QuickBooks Online, we can set up a recurring transaction that allows the system to collect payment from your clients.

 

Let me guide on how to set up recurring transactions:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Recurring transactions.
  2. Click the New button.
  3. Choose a type of transaction, and then OK.
  4. Enter a Template name.
  5. Select whether it's a ScheduledReminder, or Unscheduled.
  6. Fill in the necessary fields.
  7. Go to the Item details or Category details section.
  8. Enter the information needed.
  9. Click Save template.

 

If the amount changes, we can modify it by going to the Recurring Transactions list. Then, select the transaction and change it from there.

You may need a billing or subscription management app to create an auto payment policy.

Yes, they send you new link every month and if the amount changes then, you can edit it by yourself  garageband
