Your CONTACT US options SUCK and for the amount of money I pay you each month for the various services I subscribe to I should be able to pick up the phone and call

I have tried to "Schedule an Appointment" button - it doesn't work. I tried the "Email" button, IT DOESN't work. You need to revamp your customer service options or I am moving my business to another accounting system

The Schedule an appointment and Email buttons are designed to help our users that are currently subscribed to our QuickBooks Online Advanced product. On the other hand, once you're subscribed to our QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start products, you can contact our support using the Message an agentGet a callback, and Ask the community options.

 

Moreover, you can be able to utilize the Message an agent and Get a callback buttons during support hours. You can contact our QuickBooks Online Support team during the following time and days:

  • 6:00 AM-6:00 PM PST Monday-Friday
  • 6:00 AM-3:00 PM PST Saturday

 

In addition, you can always share your concerns with us here in the Community. We are available to answer your questions 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.
