I click on company, chart of accounts, and I can see bank balances, and those are always wrong, but when I click on the bank account and the register opens, I see my real balance. This also creates an issue when I am paying bills because it shows the chart of accounts balance decreasing as i pay them and that is not the actual balance. Why dont these amounts match ever? I have added a picture of exactly what I see when I open chart of accounts & my registers.
