If you're looking for a support representative to create a remote session for you, then I suggest you contact our Technical Support team.

 

Either our chat or phone support representative can do remote access. It will depend on you how you want to proceed.

 

Here's how you can contact them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.
