I’m here to help you remove the sales tax line on the invoice.
We’ve recently received a communication from our engineers that some invoices are being charged for sales tax, even if the customer is designated as "Tax Exempt". Our engineers will release a fix as soon as possible.
While we’re looking for a permanent resolution, I have a workaround for you. You can open each invoices and remove the check-mark for the taxed item.
Open the invoice.
Uncheck the box under the Tax column.
Click Save (see screenshot below).
