Report filter not working

I am trying to filter the standard report Statement of Activity by Class to only show one class. After I use the filter options on the right, it's not doing anything. Am I missing something?

Report filter not working

Hello there, Dawn.  Reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO) update in real-time, but the system waits for you to finish selecting filters before recalculating the data. This prevents the screen from reloading repeatedly while you're still making choices.
 

When you select a Class from the dropdown, the report stays in waiting mode so you can pick multiple items without interruption. To apply your changes instantly, you can click anywhere on the main body of the report. That signals the system that you're ready to see the updated results.
 

I highly suggest contacting our Live Support team to report the issue with the report filter. They have the necessary tools to further investigate this matter.

I want to add that this was done in Incognito Mode, so please don't just give the auto response to check my cache and all that stuff.

Report filter not working

Thank you! I've watched multiple videos and none of them said anything about clicking in the body of the report to get it to update. I knew I had to be missing something.
