Let's check the filters of the report first before we try some troubleshooting steps, AlySeif.
It could be that there are incorrect filters in your report, and that's why it only lists all transactions without grouping them.
Here's how to check the columns and filters:
- From the report, click the Customize button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Maximize the Rows/Columns section and check or uncheck the rows that you want or don't want to see.
- Maximize the Filters section and do the same thing.
- Click Run report when finished.
If you've done these steps and got the same result, I'd suggest trying out a few browser troubleshooting steps. Open QBO in a private browser and run the report there. If the details that are displayed are correct, go back to your original browser and clear the cache. You can also witch to a different one and run the report there.
