We can pull up the Sales by Customer Detail report to show all your sales grouped by customer. Then, set your discount account as the Distribution Account to view the rebates/discount you've given to your customers.
Here's how to do it:
- Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
- Enter "Sales by Customer Detail" in the search bar.
- Click the Customize button.
- Set the appropriate reporting date.
- Under Filters, select the discount account from the Distribution Accounts drop-down menu.
- Click Run report.
I encourage memorizing this report to save it's current customization settings.
We can also go to your Chart of Accounts and search for your discount account. Then, select Run report under the Action column.
