I am attempting to run a report that will allow me to automate my ordering process for all Open Sales Orders. In this report, I need the following fields:
Date
Due Date
Number
Name
Quantity
Item Description
When I export to excel, the "Item Description" field is picking up the description from the Item List, NOT the actual Item Description that Sales Order it is attached to. This is an issue, as we have information in the Item Description box on each Sales Order and that information is not flowing through.
Ultimately, I am trying to run a macro to make my life easier and need that custom field usable as a number so that I am able to run my functions in Excel.
