By default, QuickBooks will print all the categories that you've used in your transactions. Generally, when a user encounters unexpected behavior, like missing data on a report, we can perform basic browser troubleshooting to fix the issue. It could be that the stored cache and cookies are the reason why you're unable to print all the categories.
We can start by opening a private window and use it to access your QuickBooks account. You can press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome or Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Once done, let's print the report again. If it's working fine, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate the junk files.
If you still encounter the same issue, you can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently using right now has a temporary problem with QBSE.
Alternatively, you can try using the Import option then print the PDF file. Take a look at my screenshot below:
