I would like to print mailing labels for customers seen within a given date range.

I don't see a clear way to do this and would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you.

Let me guide you with printing customer labels, Billshevin. However, you're unable to add any date range.

Feel free to follow these steps:

  1. Click File.
  2. Go to Print Forms, then click Labels.
  3. Click the Name drop-down arrow, then select Multiple names.
  4. Select the customers, then click OK.
  5. Click OK, then click Print.

Also, you can print labels for Customer Type and Vendor Type.

If there's anything else that you need, don't hesitate to reach out to us again. Take care!

Hi Kristine,

Thanks.  I'd come to the same conclusion.  I'm going to print my entire list as labels and manually cross-reference to a QB report of transactions by customer for which I can specify the date range I want.
