Sales by Item Summary (Sales and Credits)

I am using on a desktop.  It is Quickbooks:  Premier Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition.

I've got an article for you, similar to the one I mentioned above except this one is specific for Desktop accounts: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

I would run the Sales by Item Summary Report with the desired date range, and filtered by the item you're looking for. The article mentions a few other ways to customize the reports to pull the data you're looking for.
