- Sales by Rep Summary
- Sales by Rep Detail
I know for a fact that a sales rep (we only have one) is assigned to certain customers. No matter how I customize the report, the reports show no data. QB priority circle telephone support was of no use.
I have verified and rebuilt the company file. Here are screenshots:

I figured out what the problem was, or at least what fixed it for me.
In List>Templates>(choose form)>Additional Customization, I checked the "Rep" field to show on screen. Now a new invoice for a customer with rep will auto populate that field. I hadn't had that on the screen form.
It seems like the system should recognize the rep even though it's not on the form and the rep is assigned to the customer within the customer set, but whatever. It's frustrating that "Priority Circle" support was clueless. Why am I paying out the nose for Enterprise again?
Double check the transactions, insure the rep is selected in the correct box for all invoices and sales receipts for that date range
